Cape Town born, well traveled, now calling Christchurch home.
I grew up in Cape Town, South Africa, then travelled and worked in a number of different places before settling in Christchurch, New Zealand, which I've called home for years now. My work rarely stays in one place, though.
For the last decade I've led delivery for global, remote teams, mostly across North America, on everything from HR system rollouts to post-acquisition IT integrations. I care about clear communication, fair process, and giving technical teams the conditions to do their best work.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me on a trail, out on a gravel bike, or already planning the next trip.
